Colony Court is a newly renovated property with two and three bedrooms available with a great central Champaign location (near the corner of Springfield and Mattis). Our two and three bedroom townhomes feature a dishwasher, garbage disposal, fully enclosed patio, a choice of washer/dryer or a 1/2 bath (when available), central air, gas heat, and two levels of living. The upper level is either two or three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main level has a combined living room and dining room area with a sliding glass door that leads to the patio, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Some units have an additional 1/2 bath on the main level. Colony Property Management manages Colony Court. Cats welcome at Colony Court (over one year old, max2).

We employ a full time maintenance staff which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience. The maintenance staff can be paged for emergency purposes.

A completed application and $30 application fee for each intended tenant.
A security deposit equal to one months rent.
