The upper level is either two or three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main level has a combined living room and dining room area with a sliding glass door that leads to the patio, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Some units have an additional 1/2 bath on the main level. Colony Property Management manages Colony Court. Cats welcome at Colony Court (over one year old, max2).

We employ a full time maintenance staff which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience. The maintenance staff can be paged for emergency purposes.

Pay Rent

To hold a unit you must provide the following:

• A completed application and $35 application fee for each intended tenant.

• A security deposit equal to one months rent.

• All necessary paperwork signed by all involved parties.
