Colony West is a beautifully maintained complex in an excellent southwest residential neighborhood of Champaign, Illinois.

Condominium homeowners largely occupy the complex, which helps Colony West maintain a very desirable community to live in. Each unit at Colony West has central air, a private patio or balcony with an attached storage area, a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Many have views of the Mattis Lake and park or the Colony West pool area. In addition each condo has at least one assigned parking space for convenience.

Colony West also offers a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball area, and a clubhouse you can rent for small gatherings.
