Colony West, Champaign Illinois

Colony West is a beautifully maintained complex in an excellent South West residential neighborhood of Champaign, Illinois. Condominium homeowners largely occupy the complex, which helps Colony West maintain a very desirable community to live in. Each unit at Colony West has central air, a private patio or balcony with an attached storage area, vertical blinds on all windows, a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a trash compactor. Many have views of the Mattis Lake and park or the Colony West pool area. In addition each condo has at least one assigned parking space for convenience.

Colony West also offers a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball area, and a clubhouse you can rent for small gatherings. The city bus lines also run nearby from early in the morning until late in the evening. Small pets are welcome at Colony West. (under 35 lbs., over 1 yr. old, max. 2)

Colony Property Management manages its own units at Colony West. We employ a full time maintenance staff which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience. The maintenance staff has a pager that tenants can use for emergency purposes.
