The Duplexes are near bus routes that run from early in the morning until late in the evening. They are also within walking distance of Meadow Brook Park. The park offers a playground, walking trails, and many other amenities. Also located near by you will find Yankee Ridge Elementary School which also provides a playground in a park like setting. The Sunnycrest Mall, Schnucks, and many restaurant choices are located within minutes from the Windsor Duplexes. Small pets are welcome at Windsor Dupleses. (under 35 lbs., over 1 yr. old, max. 2)

Colony Property Management manages the Windsor Duplexes. We employ a full time maintenance staff which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience. The maintenance staff has a pager that tenants can use for emergency purposes.

To hold a unit you must provide the following:

• A completed application and $30 application fee for each intended tenant.
• A security deposit equal to one months rent.
• All necessary paperwork signed by all involved parties.
